Mental Health Workshop

Service Description

Our mental health workshop will educate participants about mental health and self care, reduce stigma towards mental health, and assist in identifying support strategies. This workshop can be expanded to include additional self care activities for participants. Please contact Christen Marbury (cmarbury@scsdetroit.org) to inquire about scheduling a workshop.
